Types of data processed<\/h2>\n\n<h3>a) Browsing data<\/h3>\n<p>The IT systems and software used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (IP addresses, time of the request, method used, size of the file obtained, server response code, browser and operating system). Processing methods and retention<\/h2>\n<p>The processing is carried out using IT and electronic tools, with security measures adequate to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.<\/p>\n<p>The data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>information requests and table bookings: up to 12 months from the last contact;<\/li>\n  <li>data relating to stays: for the period required by civil-law and tax obligations (up to 10 years);<\/li>\n  <li>data transmitted to the Questura: in accordance with the terms of the law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>5. Recipients of the data<\/h2>\n<p>The data may be processed by authorised personnel of the Controller and communicated to: technical service and website hosting providers; the booking engine provider (Beddy); administrative, tax and legal consultants; public security authorities in the cases provided for by law. External parties act as independent controllers or as processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data is not subject to dissemination.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Transfers outside the EU<\/h2>\n<p>The data is processed within the European Union. Where some service providers entail transfers to third countries, these take place in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Rights of the data subject<\/h2>\n<p>Pursuant to Articles 15\u201322 GDPR, the data subject has the right to obtain access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, as well as to object to the processing and to withdraw any consent given at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).<\/p>\n<p>Requests may be sent to the Controller by writing to <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@martalake.it\">info@martalake.it<\/a><\/strong> or to the postal address indicated above.<\/p>\n<p>The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.garanteprivacy.it\">www.garanteprivacy.it<\/a>) if they believe that the processing infringes the applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8.
